The Factor's House

The Factor’s House is a large self catering house ideal for family get-togethers or holidays with friends as it sleeps 8 plus 2 in four bedrooms and it can be booked with the other cottages if more accommodation is required. It contains the main apartments of the original house. There is a large entrance hall with original stone stairs and wood burner. On the ground floor are a lounge, large dining kitchen, twin bedroom with additional pull out single, and shower room with toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two doubles with 5ft beds and ensuite shower rooms, and one twin with additional pull out single, and a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. There is full double-glazing, lpg gas central heating and colour T.V, video, DVD player and CD player with radio. The kitchen is modern and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. There is an area of lawned garden to the front and ample parking for four cars.
